7 Days Returns Guarantee
RELOVE DELUXE accepts returns for store credit from U.S. and PR within 7 days of the purchase as long as items comply with our return policy.
The items have to be in the same condition as described on the product page including any dust bags, straps or other items as originally shipped, and still have the RELOVE DELUXE purchase tag attached (when applicable) to be eligible for the credit. NOTE: For shoes or clothes purchases the money can be returned after deduction fees.
RELOVE DELUXE reserves the right to deduce the fees from the payment methods used from purchase.
RELOVE DELUXE does not refund money to any payment method, but instead will provide store credit. Store credit can be used within 6 months period. After this period RELOVE DELUXE reserves the right to retain a 20% of the total paid.
RELOVE DELUXE does not accept returns of any purchase from final sales or gift cards otherwise stated.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Please contact RELOVE DELUXE through email: support@relovedeluxe.com to request a Return Authorization. Customer must provide the Purchase Number and the reason for return.
- The customer must pay the return shipping and insurance fees and is the sole responsible for any damage or missing item during the transit until RELOVE DELUXE receives the item. RELOVE DELUXE has the right to decline the receiving of any damage package. Please insure your item’s value!
- Upon receipt of your returned item the customer receives credit voucher within 3 days.
- If the return is for authenticity reasons we will offer a full refund, including all shipping costs (up to $20.00). Must provide shipping payment evidence.
If the item purchased is inauthentic by a well-recognized authentication expert, documentation from this source stating the findings is required. Send a copy of their findings by email to support@relovedeluxe.com and we will contact the expert to discuss the findings. All these steps are required before shipping the item back or refund is granted.
