Shipping Policy

Take advantage of the free shipping to most of the U.S. and PR destinations on standard shipments only up to 3lbs. The packages are insured and signature confirmation is required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We are located in a US territory, thus no customs fees are required when shipping within US. 

It may takes 1-2 business days for a purchase to be processed before shipment. Once shipped you will received a Tracking number by email.

• Standard shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Hawaii and Alaska may take additional days to arrive.
• Expedited shipping is only available for domestic shipments in the U.S. upon request. It will take approximately 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped. This service is not free, but you can contact us for expedite shipment request in order to estimate the shipping charges.

Please note that purchases placed after 3:00pm ET are considered as made the next business day. Purchases placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next Monday (or Tuesdays after a federal holiday).

Confirmed Addresses: If you are paying with PayPal, please include your confirmed address. We ship to confirmed addresses only.
