Relove Deluxe Return Policy – Domestic & International Orders
At Relove Deluxe, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return policy that balances customer satisfaction with the unique nature of our pre-owned luxury items. Below are the detailed guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Domestic Orders (United States and Puerto Rico)
• Return Window: Customers may return items within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as described at the time of sale, including all original accessories such as dust bags and straps. The Relove Deluxe purchase tag must remain attached when applicable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Return Process:
1. Authorization: Contact us at support@relovedeluxe.com with your purchase number and reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. We recommend insuring the item’s full value, as customers bear responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
3. Inspection and Credit Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit voucher within 3 days.
• Store Credit Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, Relove Deluxe reserves the right to retain the total paid amount.
• Authenticity Concerns: If an item is deemed inauthentic by a recognized authentication expert, we will offer a full refund, including shipping costs. Documentation from the expert is required before returning the item.
International Orders
• All Sales Final: Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs, all international sales are considered final.
• Unpaid Customs Fees: If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs or import fees, we will issue store credit only after the returned item is received and inspected. No refunds will be provided in these situations.
• Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Relove Deluxe does not cover or reimburse these fees.
General Terms Applicable to All Orders
• Processing Time: Refunds or store credits will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Carrier Resolution: If a package is in transit, delayed, or subject to a carrier’s resolution process, customers must wait until the carrier resolves the issue, regardless of the time involved. Initiating a chargeback during this period may violate our terms and could forfeit eligibility for a store credit.
• Payment Method Deductions: Relove Deluxe reserves the right to deduct fees associated with the original payment method during the refund or store credit process.
• Warranty Disclaimer: As a reseller of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not provide warranties on the workmanship of the brands. For repairs or workmanship issues, please contact the brand directly.
