• In the event the item becomes unavailable, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued within 1 hour.
  
• Please note that delivery times for pre-orders may require an additional 6–15 business days otherwise stated.
• Upon receipt of the physical item, additional photos or videos can be provided upon request for your review. Should the item not meet your expectations upon inspection, a full refund will be offered prior to shipping or pickup.
• Once the item has been accepted, shipped or picked up, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be accepted.
