Relove Deluxe Return Policy – Domestic & International Orders
At Relove Deluxe, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return policy that balances customer satisfaction with the unique nature of our pre-owned luxury items. Below are the detailed guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Domestic Orders (United States and Puerto Rico)
• Return Window: Customers may return items within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in the same condition as described at the time of sale, including all original accessories such as dust bags and straps. The Relove Deluxe purchase tag must remain attached when applicable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Return Process:
1. Authorization: Contact us at support@relovedeluxe.com with your purchase number and reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. We recommend insuring the item’s full value, as customers bear responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
3. Inspection and Credit Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a store credit voucher within 3 days.
• Store Credit Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, Relove Deluxe reserves the right to retain the total paid amount.
• Authenticity Concerns: If an item is deemed inauthentic by a recognized authentication expert, we will offer a full refund, including shipping costs. Documentation from the expert is required before returning the item.
International Orders
• All Sales Final: Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs, all international sales are considered final.
• Unpaid Customs Fees: If a package is returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs or import fees, we will issue store credit only after the returned item is received and inspected. No refunds will be provided in these situations.
• Customer Responsibility: All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Relove Deluxe does not cover or reimburse these fees.
General Terms Applicable to All Orders
• Processing Time: Refunds or store credits will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Carrier Resolution: If a package is in transit, delayed, or subject to a carrier’s resolution process, customers must wait until the carrier resolves the issue, regardless of the time involved. Initiating a chargeback during this period may violate our terms and could forfeit eligibility for a store credit.
• Payment Method Deductions: Relove Deluxe reserves the right to deduct fees associated with the original payment method during the refund or store credit process.
• Warranty Disclaimer: As a reseller of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not provide warranties on the workmanship of the brands. For repairs or workmanship issues, please contact the brand directly.

Now you can have the bag of your dreams no matter how much it would cost. We offer payment plan options that allow you to pay your item at a very low fee within a reasonable period of time.
We have two options to do a payment plan with us.
- If you have Paypal Account you can use the "Lay-Buys" payment plan automated method. You just add the products on the cart and select "Put in Lay-Buys" payment option at checkout. Today you only pay the down payment and on the next two months Paypal will take automatically the two equal payments from your account.
- Manual Invoice: To start a manual payment plan using other sources of methods, you just have to contact us through WhatsApp: (787)452-9977 and request the plan. We will send a manual invoice and will be in contact during the term of the plan.

FIVE SIMPLE STEPS

3. PAY DOWN-PAYMENT ONLY
Pay the down-payment portion amount (20%).
4. SCHEDULED PAYMENTS
Payments are then processed on the scheduled date you set (one or two months). Paypal will process your monthly payments automatically.
5. RECEIVE MERCHANDISE
Your item(s) will be shipped after your last payment.
During your payment plan term, you can contact us if you want to fully paid off your item at any time before the last scheduled date to receive the item sooner.
CANCELLATION: If you want to cancel a payment plan you can email us to support@relovedeluxe.com requesting the cancellation of your layaway order. The balance paid will be refunded to your originally form of payment minus the down payment of 20% for cancellation fee penalty
FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS: If Relove Deluxe cannot collect payment within two weeks after selected schedule payment is due, the item will be made available to other customers. The balance of payments made will be refunded minus the non refundable down payment of 20% and transactions fees (ie, Paypal fees).
