Selling your bag for a store credit or consignment is easy, just follow these simple steps:

1. Click the SELL NOW link at the top of our menu page to start the process in our portal of getting a consignment option or store credit to purchase a new item from our store. In rare ocassions, we may consider purchases for buy-out depending on the popularity and brand of the item.

2. In the portal, set up an account and start to filling out all the required information about your item to receive an offer. If the specific style of your handbag isn’t listed, please use the manual entry option. 

3. Once you submit all the information of your item through our portal, we will get back to you within 48-72 hours indicating if the bag was approved or rejected to continue the process. If the bag is approved, you receive an initial offer (virtual) valid for 7 days.

4. When you approve the offer to sell with us (store credit or consignment), you can drop your item at Relove Deluxe Store, located in Condado, San Juan or pack and ship the item to the business address provided.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This service exclusively offers consignment or store credit. We are looking forward to introducing buy-out options soon.

2. We reserve the right to accept the item and also to provide any of the options; consignment, store credit, or both to choose from.

3. We do not accept items that are damaged, stained, discolored, or have a strong odor or visible wear. Please be transparent about any defects through our submission portal. Add clear photos showing any flaws or wear. We may ask for additional photos before the preliminary (virtual) approval. If an item's condition upon receipt and inspected is not as described, we reserve the right to decline the item. The offer may be subject to a price adjustment or may be rejected. In such cases, a $50 processing fee will be charged to return the item, even if the item is picked-up in our physical store.

4. If the item resulted to be UNAUTHENTIC, seller will incur a $250 fee and the item will be disposed of by us. Please note that Relove Deluxe DO NOT RETURN COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. The seller agrees to this condition when shipping/deliver their item(s) to our location.

5. Your store credit will be processed within 1-3 days of us receiving, inspecting, and authenticating the item. The store credit has to be used in the store within 1 month. For consignment, the electronic payment will be processed within 1-3 days after the item is sold.

6. Relove Deluxe is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. We encourage that you add insurance services by your own. We may not accept packages that are damaged upon arrival. For local (Puerto Rico customers), we strongly recommend to drop-off your item(s) at our store located in Condado, San Juan.

Relove Deluxe handle the cost of authentication, shipping to the new buyer, transaction fees, and discounts unless otherwise stated. 

You may request the return of your item one month after the consignment period begins. We charge $50 per item box for return shipping. Also there is a penalty fee of $50 per item requested back within the 3 months from consigning.

We highly recommend using your Store Credits within 1 month, as most items are constantly increasing in value and prices may continue to rise, allowing you to make the most of your credit.
