Selling your bag for a store credit is easy, just follow these simple steps:

1. Click the SELL NOW link at the top of our menu page to start the process in our portal of getting a store credit to purchase a new item from our store. In rare ocassions, we may consider purchases for cash back depending on the popularity and brand of the item.

2. In the portal, set up an account and start to filling out all the necessary information about your item to receive a quote. If the specific style of your handbag isn’t listed, please use the manual entry option.

4. Most of the times you should receive an instant quote, when is not, we will get back to you within 2 days. The quote is valid for 7 days. We always recommend to setup an account on this portal to monitor and manage your transactions.

5. Please note that the instant quote does not indicate that your item is accepted for shipping. Once you receive the initial quote we also receive a notification to start a preliminary evaluation of your item based on different criteria. We will send you an email notification within 24-48 hrs indicating if the bag was approved or rejected to continue the process.


1. This service exclusively offers store credit. Select from various items on our website ready for a new owner. If you are looking for a particular bag, contact us and we will source that bag for you. We are looking forward to introducing both consignment and cash buyout options soon.

2. We reserve the right to accept the item.

3. We do not accept items that are damaged, stained, have a strong odor or visible wear. Please be transparent about any defects through our submission portal. Add clear photos showing any flaws or wear. We may ask for additional photos before the approval. If an item's condition upon receipt and inspected is not as described, we reserve the right to decline the item. The offer may be subject to a price adjustment or may be rejected. In such cases, a $50 fee will be charged to return the item.

4. If the item resulted to be UNAUTHENTIC, seller will incur a $250 fee and the item will be disposed of. Please note that Relove Deluxe DO NOT RETURN COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. The seller agrees to this condition when shipping their item to our location.

5. Your payment will be processed within 3-5 days of us receiving, inspecting, and authenticating the item.

6. Relove Deluxe is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. We encourage that you add insurance services by your own. We may not accept packages that are damaged upon arrival. For local (Puerto Rico customers), we may arrange an appointmet for pickup your item.
