PAYMENTS TERM

Payments are submitted on the 10th of the following month after items are sold. Use our consignment management system and provide the necessary information. Sellers handle their own payment setup.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONSIGNMENT AND STORE CREDIT

Consignment is when you send your items to RELOVE DELUXE to be sold on our website or any other sources of marketing and receive a portion of the sale price after your item sells and ships out to it's new owner. All items are the property of the consignor until sold. 

The credit store is available to spend from our inventory with the great advantage of having more than the offer amount in consignment. 

Once we receive, inspect, and authenticate your item we contact you for final offer. 

Typically high demand handbags are usually sold in a couple of days.

TIP! Maximize your profit including original box, tags, and dust bag.

 

WHAT WE ACCEPT:

We accept items in the following conditions:

Excellent - Items in "Excellent" condition have been rarely worn and do not have any other visible signs of wear except for maybe very faint marks

Great - Items in "Great" condition have been slightly worn with minor marks or scratches

We do not accept items in the following condition:

Good - Items in "Good" condition have been worn regularly and have light to moderate wear, which may include scratches, stains, discoloration, or other marks

Fair - Items in "Fair" condition have been used repeatedly and have apparent signs of wear to both the exterior and interior, including the base and corners, stains, discoloration, or other marks

EASY STEPS TO SELL FOR STORE CREDIT OR CONSIGN YOUR HAND BAG:

Proceed to check-in your handbag in our website. Please make sure to take clear and bright photos.

We will respond within 24 to 48 hrs. with a preliminary offer, we will provide in the email the physical address and instructions. Pack your bags and ship them to us for final inspection, authentication, and final offer. 

We will contact you with the final offer as soon as your bag is inspected and authenticated. 

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS NOT ACCEPTED AFTER INSPECTION

We do not buy heavily damaged bags. Bags with heavy stains, tears, rips, very dark patina or odors will be returned to you at your expense plus $20 processing fee. 

We only buy Authentic Items. Our authentication experts will rigorously inspect each item received. If your bag is not authentic, we reserve the right to destroy the bag as we do not ship counterfeit items. Seller agrees to this condition when shipping the item to us. In addition, Relove Deluxe will automatically charge to the seller $100 processing fee.

 

HOW IS THE RELOVE DELUXE PRICED DETERMINED:

Our commitment is to get the best price possible for the piece you want to sell. The price is determined based on current market conditions and trends.

 

IF THE ITEM IS NOT SELL BY THE END OF THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

If the bag is not sell by the end of the consignment period of 90 days, ownership of the unsold items will be transferred to RELOVE DELUXE sale or shipped back to you at a cost of $20 per item, as previously selected by consignor.

 

YOU CAN REQUEST BACK YOUR ITEM  WITHIN THE CONSIGNMENT TERM PERIOD

You can request your item back any time within the consignment period. You just contact us to support@relovedeluxe.com to make the request. 

We charge $40 per item box for return shipping. Also there is a penalty of $50 per item requested back within the 3 months from consigning.

The customer will assume any other shipping cost associated to the returned item.

 

OTHER TERMS:

Items may be photographed for social media or marketing purposes. Artwork remains sole property of Relove Deluxe.

RELOVE DELUXE does not insure consigned items against natural disaster, theft, fire, damage, or other disasters such as wear and tear damage due to customers try-on privileges. All responsibility for the items remain with the Seller and Relove Deluxe shall be blameless against any harm.
